Insulation "I'm your local energy consultant," he starts. I let him ramble on for a few minutes and then told him that I wasn't interested. Immediate call cut off. Checked the number that he called from. Local? Oh, then why are you calling me on behalf of an organisation that's apparently based in a town 200 miles away? Pure spam. They've called me before. Same patter. Same result. That's another of the numbers that they use added to my blacklist.

Call from this number - automated message claiming to be HMRC informing me of a tax fraud case in my name - press 1 to progress etc. Potentially dangerous.
Differant number but still on bloody PPi crap. They should go round to there H.Q. and remove all there computors and call equipment and take them outside and drive a road roller over ot all and flaten it all.If they want to carry on they will need new equipment so that will help trade in IT equipment and keep on doing it till they stop pestering people at home who don,t want there calls.

Called number as thought it might be important, recorded message says nobody available to pick up call but holding me with music! They do not identify themselves which alerts my suspicions. SCAM Said they are a credit agent trying to recover an outstanding student loan. Told her I never had a student loan as I didn’t go to university, I went straight into full time employment when I left school. She then got aggressive demanding I pay now or else. So I said I’m handing your number to the police and I have recorded the conversation. Then she swore for a few seconds then hung up.
