This number called me this morning saying my amazon prime was automatically being renewed at £69.99 so I can enjoy. All automated message you can't say anything. I've rung Amazon and told them so now they are aware.
Just received a call from this number. Caller (who had a very strong Asian accent) claimed to be from PC World. She began with the usual "How are you today?". When I replied "Not very good", she ended the call. Sounds dodgy.

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. Someone who sounded asian rather than Armenian called and asked me to go to her website. There was so much background noise (usual noisy room full of scammers) I was unable to hear what she was saying except she asked if I bought and sold stocks and shares which I do. I told her I had never heard of her and trusted no one who cold calls me to sell me something. She said she had not told me what she was selling. I suggested she sent me an email as she claimed she knew all my details and hung up.
Unending weekly cold calls from a man using this number. Suspect telesales.

I called this Scam number from a letter send by a company call Rothesay and Experian. A man answered and put me through to a woman who started asking me a lot if personal questions. I discovered she was located in South Africa. I then realized it was a SCAM.

"HMRC" Seems a scam, I doubt they would call from a mobile number.
SCAM automated voice says they are calling about your visa card and master card and about a £600 transaction that took place...total scam, visa and MasterCard are two different companies and they certainly wouldn't be using a mobile phone number to call customers

When asked how she got my number since I've never had dealings with 02084291383 i was told my number was on her database...asked 'what database'...she has a database from all network providers. Told her to F O and hung up. When looking the number up it appears genuine, so probably spoofed
Claimed to be from Virgin, calling about internet. Got increasingly frustrated with me when I said I didn’t recognise the number and would call Virgin myself. Didn’t believe the guy with Indian accent and I hung up when he wouldn’t go away. Scary as it sounded like a big call centre in the background and it would be easy to get sucked in. Hope everyone hangs up and karma catches up with what I believe are scammers.
