SCAM I invested with top-targets.com in May . Got contacted with someone named Dominic Borg (I think it's a fake name ) . That guy was very abusive and rude but I invested anyway. I requested withdrawal of my money and small part Got back to Me but over 1.3k was declined at first , then promised via WhatsApp and email that it will take up to2 or 3 weeks it was in the end of May ! SCAM Called on my mobile @ 20.00hrs. A Northampton dial code. Caller when questioned was from "the Philipines" looking to see if I qualify for "home insulation" funding. When asked how my phone number was accessed the caller hung up. Had this not been a recognised dial code I would not have answered the call. number now blocked. Also appears on missed calls list from yesterday @ 12.58hrs.
Not really sure who this was from didn't recognize number. Now blocked.

This number calls me. It’s not a genuine geographical Shetland number.
Safe number, at least when I rang them back it was some kind of agency checking on housing associations and whether they were keeping up to date with repairs. When I said I had no problems the lady said she'd update the record and that was the end of the call.
