This is a third party marketing company who call on behalf of ALL mobile providers (T-mobile, Orange, Vodafone, O2 etc) In my case it was T-mobile and I phoned 150 from my mobile and requested my PAC number from their retentions department, intimating that I was leaving them. They rang our landline and asked to speak to the BT broadband account holder. I said I was the broadband user and then they put the phone down on me. So I have blocked the number.

Have had a few calls from this number now. Most recent one when he asked if he could speak to me by name I replied "no you can t" and he hung up. The number he called has never been listed, is never given out to anybody but family or very close friends and is registered with tps so how do these people get a number like this to be associated with a name?
