Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. Have told them in no uncertain terms (!) that I know it is a scam and that they are NOT calling from Microsoft and requested they never call my number again. Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago. They said they obtained my information from the insurance company and were checking to make sure that I had received good service. I believe they received this information from "Compare the Market" and not my insurer. Dave from Amazeyingly Clean had a Mr. Jones from CFS telephone today stating he did not like the message I left regarding their harrassment tele calls which was polite requesting they stop or I will take court action. I shouldnt have but "I went off on one and was verbally abusive" at which point he hung up. Then he telephoned back and laughed down the phone and then hung up. Since then he has telephoned at least 5 times. So now I m calm I will be reporting the idiot and the company to the authorities.
