Keep getting 3 or 4 calls a day from this number. When answered caller hangs up. Bloody annoying.

This is a third party marketing company who call on behalf of ALL mobile providers (T-mobile, Orange, Vodafone, O2 etc) In my case it was T-mobile and I phoned 150 from my mobile and requested my PAC number from their retentions department, intimating that I was leaving them. After some nonsense from them I pointed out that the number 01462 439891 was on their web site as an authorised service partner I was told that the issue would be looked into and I would get a call back. Asian guy named David,Asked for my mum as he was her grandson, giving 01619326141, to call him back. Asked what he was doing in Manchester(recognised dialling code)as i thought he lived in Liverpool. Told me he just moved. Kept him on phone for 5 mins before telling him that that would make him my son that i knew nothing about. Said that couldn t be possible, he then said why not was i impotent. Told him i got it cut off in an accident 45 years ago then he hung up, lol.s

Had a cold call from this number saying that it was about the industrial claim that was going through in my name (it was worrying that they greeted me with my name). When I tried to say that I wasn t in an industrial accident they hung up before I finished my sentence.

Rip you off for hundreds do not answer

Calling this number back (anonymously)reveals that it is an automated dialler. The recorded message says that you can block future calls. I will not try!!

I initially ignored their calls but I am glad I answered a call in the end. They helped me locate an old workplace pension that I had two decades ago. I hadn t given the pension much thought since I left the job. I couldn t of afforded hundreds of pounds to pay a financial advisor so they really helped me out. I do understand people being annoyed about the cold calling though.

Asked to speak to me and when I said that I was speaking, the caller hung up. Almost felt designed to irritate me although can t think that anyone would waste time and money doing that.
