Unwanted call from I talk telecom. Although call was from Chesterfield I am doubtful. Was going to check my line to see if I was receiving the best deal on my telephone service. Cut the call there and then. So no idea what was going to happen then.

they keep ringing me and dont tell me who they are and when i try and ring them back theres just a jingley belly sort of sound.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. This is a third party marketing company who call on behalf of ALL mobile providers (T-mobile, Orange, Vodafone, O2 etc) In my case it was T-mobile and I phoned 150 from my mobile and requested my PAC number from their retentions department, intimating that I was leaving them. Asian person saying will only take a minute just wanted to ask a few questions. normally i just hang up but for some reason i didnt. asked me what my brand of tv is, how much i spend on holidays, who my electricty is with, my income bracket where i would go on holiday. dont think they are con artist, just gathering data so more companies can send you spam...should have hung up! waste of 2 minutes

this number rings my mobile but hangs up before I answer don't know why or who it is
