I have no idea how you made this a number from Russia, no idea what or who it is, just rings and hangs up, so blocked. DON'T EVER ring back, if they don't speak it's of no use to you, and is one of the ways to rip you off, because it registers as a live number and they docan sell your number onto other scam lists; and the number can get diverted to a premium number that will cost you serious money, search it before anything else, and report when it's bad.

28/6/2022 09:50hrs Automated male US sounding voice stating legal action launched for tax evasion, and must press 1 to avoid legal action.
Fraud. Artificially generated voice. Claimed to be HMRC and that I was being investigated and subject to a magistrate case for fraud. Then asked to press 1 to speak with them and 2 to ignore. Hung up and googled the number to see if others were reporting it too.
Posing to be from BT technical department. Very suspicious character.

called where i work this morning. Really rude man on the line telling me he wants to find hidden commission in our utility bills. when i said our accountants are on with doing it he cut me off and said they wont be getting what he can get us. would hardly let me speak and when i could he corrected me every time although i was repeating what he had said. in the end he said "what a rude person" and hung up. dont answer to them it will be scam.

Foreign people in a call centre, I told them my email had been hacked and used to sign up to crypto currency and for them to delete my details. He laughed down the phone at me and called me ignorant for not wanting to discuss how I could make money. This was a pre-recorded message telling me that my account ( no mention of account details ) had two payments being attempted. Nothing to do with me, so I suggest you flag this as probable scam attempt!

They claim to be an energy company trying to frighten you regarding loft insulation. A bit insistent when I said no, and asked why so when I said ‘because I don’t want to’ she ended the call. It was quite a friendly manner but as above, quite pushy. Asked me to contact them if I change my mind.
