I just accept the call and leave my phone on the side and carry on with what I m doing. They normally hang up after a minute or so listening to me washing up/having a dump or whatever.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! the owner of our property gave my number as contact to let me know when kitchen appliance was been deliverd nit even 24 hrs after delivery they are hounding me to sell insurance and i never bought the product they like wolves as they see a number sonthey feel they need to attack and hound you ........

Had a cold call from this number saying that it was about the industrial claim that was going through in my name (it was worrying that they greeted me with my name). When I tried to say that I wasn t in an industrial accident they hung up before I finished my sentence.
