This number claims to be TalkTalk but is NOT. This is a common scam call where the operator asks you to follow instructions on your computer. NEVER follow these instructions nor give any personal information out. If in doubt, put the phone down. Fraud - message left by them was read by a computerised male American voice that said I had to call the local city hall urgently. Not sure why. However phone number is very similar to (0)20 3991 2845 which is a Fraud HMRC call.
