Have been charged for 11 calls to this number in one day and 4 calls earlier in June. I have not made these calls and have reported it to BT but they can t do anything about it until after my next bill in September.

When I said I wouldn t give her any personal information without making sure she actually was from Vodafone, she offered to send me a text message to confirm (which Vodafone has never done). The text message came from 08700700191, which is not where my Vodafone texts normally from.

A washing machine warranty call. Caller with a London accent asked for me by name and said the warranty on my washing machine was due to expire and that she just needed to update the paperwork and said it would actually be cheaper, started by asking to confirm my postcode & address. I said I didn't know the postcode, she asked if I'd moved, I said no. She said "(used my name) don't you want to renew the warranty on your washing machine?" Been called a couple of times from this number claiming I have money owed to me from a third party in my last crash. There was no third party involved, only myself, yet they keep on ringing and telling me this (presumably they want my bank details). When I explain that they are totally in the wrong and there is no money owed to me they have become VERY RUDE.
