SCAM claimed to be from BT who want to lower my phone bill due to the amount of calls I have received offering me a better price. Told them the only unsolicited call I had received was from her, and hung up.
Call center . Answered call, silence from caller apart from call centre din in background. Call ended. So must be scammers!! Polite callers will always speak/say hello.

For the last 3 weeks I had 8 + calls a day from 01412786082 and the many other phone numbers shopping direct debt collection department use about a outstanding debt I have with them . Funny thing is the account they say is in arrears was paid via a direct debt payment plan and was cleared 3 months ago . Contacting the ICO tomorrow re this harassment .
