Called the number back, and yes customer is with talktalk and they had call screening in place. It seems a call centre is using this number as a mask to make calls from the internet, and therefore when you call the number back you don't get them but an innocent talk talk customer.

SCAM purports to be from Sky Media but the call is about my "Internet Connection which appears fine but isn't as multiple people are trying to access it right now" what utter BS!
