Got my name wrong, probably as a prompt for me to correct it so they obtain the correct one. Suggesting I upgrade my "obsolete" inverter (WTF, cost 2 grand!!) with series of micro-inverters. Called 5 times today. These people are going to get busted very soon at this rate.

Call received at 08:49 today purporting to be from Amazon Prime initially automated voice saying my Amazon Prime free subscription was about to be commuted to a paid subscription of 79.99. Press 1 to speak to advisor, an Asian accented female then said she was from Amazon Prime and "how can I help" . I told her I was not an Amazon prime customer and she then gave my name, I repeated I was not a customer and she put the phone down.
