Had a phone call stating my service was due on my dyson. Agreed the guy would come next day which he duly did. Took dyson apart stated I needed new filters brush and he could do it for £90 told him I had spare filters and didn t feel I needed a brush anyway relented and got him to supply a pre- filter and was charged £25 could have bought it for £9.99. Used this company last year no problem . Won t be using them again. Don t like scaremongering.

Another nuisance call I was about to hang up on but then they seemed to know about my hotpoint washing machine which was apparently about to run out of insurance.
