Do not answer. My number is registered with the MPS (Mobile Preference Service) yet they still called. This number belongs to a company called Intelling Ltd based at Wythenshawe (Manchester) and Belfast. An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. Must be a call centre in Runcorn, annoyed that local garage has sold or is using contact details for reasons beyond the original sale!!!

Got a text from this number today, 7 Sept. Never opened the text and deleted it straight away. I could see that it was some fake warning about a PayPal account being accessed from a new device. Since I do not have a PayPal account, I immediately realised that it was a phishing attempt.
