Read out to me my name and address and when I confirmed these was going to pass me to her "supervisor" to complete a form. Asked her to tell me what brand of washing machine I've actually got. Phoned my landline on 20 Jan. 2023 pertaining to be from Amazon Prime and stating that they had taken £94 from my bank account. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way. They tried again on 21 Jan., this time from a different number 01216834924.

I skyped back a couple of times to try to hear the company name with which they introduce themselves. They change it each time but it includes the phrase "computer security" after a garbled name. They no longer answer - just call centre sounds in the background. I don t think they like to receive repetetive silent calls. Isn t that sad?

Has called me on my mobile sporadically for the past 4 months now. At first I tried to call it back and it just went straight through to on hold music. SCAM automated message saying there were several illegal activities from my number and my national insurance number would be suspended... If I didn't press one I would be arrested.... Oh well I didn't press one and I've not been arrested yet...
I didnt answer because it was an unknown number but they left a voicemail which sounded like a robot saying I needed to call them back with my solicitor and they threatened to push for legal actions if I delete the voicemail or ignore them
