This number has called me a number of times and hung up. I am on the Telephone Preference service for both my mobile and landline. I am interested to see that it is Virgin Wines as I am a Virgin Media and Money customer. I am not sure if that data sharing is legal because they are separate companies. Anyway I have blocked them.

This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Boku send you a confirmation text, using this number, to tell you that you have just subscribed again. Had a call at 12 noon, foreign voice asked for me by name, would not tell me who was calling. He said he needed a few details. Before he could say anymore I asked where he got my phone number from. He wouldn't answer. I told him my number was registered with TPS and was ex-directory so where did he get the number. He hung up!! So fed up with these calls. Everyday we. Get at least one. I am always a bit suspicious seeing such numbers... This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back.
