Didn't recognise the number so let it go to answerphone no message left so I can only surmise it's someone trying to sell something as otherwise they would have left a message.

Tells you it's not a cold call. Really? Asks for personal information.
Caller said he was from ee & because my bills were always paid on time he could offer me a 30% discount. He then asked how much my last payment was. I suggested he tell me the answer to the question & he replied that he worked in promotion not billing. I then asked him to tell me my name & he said "You don't know your own name? What are you? I doubt a caller from Russia would be legitimately calling me, any half-witted scammer would mask their number if calling from such a terrorist state, so I suspect that it was supposed to be a masked UK mobile number with too many digits. Whatever, it is an unwelcome call.
