This number called and used the voice record (both in English and Chinese) claiming to be NHS. Saying that they noticed an unusual use related to my NHS number and that I should press 1 for English. I didn't follow the instruction anyway.

SCAM Supposed to be from Amazon about yearly contract as I do not have one and the line was crackly put the phone down
SPAM A guy with a scouse accent, called up saying he was from Fleetpoint Magazine, sounded very odd, almost intoxicated. Was pressing for information about company vehicles but seemed very against actually explaining WHY he wanted that information. On multiple occasions he asked for different people in the company to ask instead of dealing with me and after many attempts I finally got to the bottom of the nature of his call. Automated mail saying there had been charges to my bank card. Checked online banking and can't see anything. Will obviously monitor my account but my bank would have called me from a corporate number surely!
Accident Calling from "the insurance company" when I asked him which one he just said about the accident I'd had. I asked which accident, as I've had a lot recently (I haven't needless to say) to which he replied the minor bump in the car. When I told I'd had a few of those in the last couple of months and I was worried that they were going to take my licence off me, but I didn't think it was my fault, even though they all said it was .... then the line suddenly went very quiet. :-)

Claimed to need your details as part of the “tax advisory group” to claim money back from HMRC. When I said I had done that direct they said they can go back the maximum amount of years. I said yes you can do that direct and then he said okah bye and hung up.
