Scam. Definitely. So-called call from "security department". I asked 'security department' of what? The woman (Asian voice - lots of background "office" noise) repeated, 'This is the Security Department!' to which I repeated "Of what?!" She hung up. Point made. Case closed. Catch the bastards!

Most likely spam. I live in Ireland and no one from London should be ringing me because I have no business in London whatsoever. No family no bank account nothing. Rang back and gave a tone and immediately call ended.

I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). When I politely declined, the caller said (as they hung up) "Fuck you, fuck you in the face". Which may well have been the only genuine thing about the call. Out of curiosity, I called the (Bristol) number back, but the person who answered said they hadn't used their phone this morning (and sounded nothing like the first caller). Someone called me today from this number (which looks like a local call for me) supposedly from BT saying that my router was down. It sounded like a nonUK based call centre so I didn’t believe them. When you dial the number is doesn’t seem to exist.
