Another spam call, usual format, English named caller with very foreign accent telling me I had been in an accident I didn t know about. It was a very short conversation!

Got a call from the same number this morning ”020 3936 3940“ and left the same automated female voice as mentioned from previous commenters. After calling back many times, a man with a foreign accents picked up, but the phone line got disconnected, I then tried again, but no answer. I thought the number looked a bit weird for HMRC, so I decided to search online, which brought me here.
