Called me twice today Answered second time (as leeds number and I'm from Leeds) cold call Selling mobile phone plans Said they were part of Carphine warehouse

This number kept calling me and there was just silence at the other end whenever I answered. Once there was a man s voice saying "hello?" but the following calls were just silence. Either it s a hoax or someone who can t work a phone well!

Didn't answer because I only answer to people I know.

They called me from The Phonespot this s an independent phone dealer part of The Carphone Warehouse group. They renewed my O2 contract.

Kept asking if I was Mr (Last name), I kept asking who he was. He didn t know my full name which is always a flag. Never told me who he was and why he was calling, he got frustrated and ended the call. No idea who he was but wouldn t be surprised if, like the last comment it is a computer scammer. Number is probably spoofed as well.
