SCAM. Recorded message saying an amount of ££ taken from bank account for an amazon purchase.
SCAM..knew my name and said they were from credit investigations department.. so I said go on then what ya got and they hung up. Called the number back..number not recognised!

SCAM Automated call pretended to be Ofcom and that my io address has been connected with links and internet was to be switched off within 24 hours, and asking me to press 1 to connect with the scammer. Hung up and contacted Ofcom directly and clarified it was indeed a scam. Horrible bastards I hope no one gets caught out HANG UP IMMEDIATLY.
