I did neither as this automatically tells the criminals they are ring a genujine number and will continue to plague. I note from above it is a premium rate service which means once you have pressed either selection you could get charged some exhorbitant amount payable to these scammers. Automated call Called by this number saying that this is a warning that some money will be taken from my account today. I have never heard of a bank that calls a person without the person calling forst so it is obviously a scam. Not sure how they scam, but I have blocked this caller now and it will be blocked forever. Just be aware and check your passwords etc on your bank details.
