Just had the same call, upgrade free of charge for iphone 8 £30 a month, called bluff and asked how they could do that when O2 want £600 off me to cancel my current contract till may 2018.... guy stuttered and asked what the problem was, visited the actual fonehouse website and rang the number provided for them.... they advised this number is not associated with them and that if you have not done business with the company before then they wouldn't call you, which I haven't and not heard of the company until
