I had called the 033.... number to update my payment details, and they were unco operative so i cancelled the membership only to be called and called again by an operator for the rac on this number who wouldnt let the matter drop.

The caller immediately rang off without saying anything. Perhaps it was because I have got into the habit of saying "Hello" loudly enough to damage the eardrums when I get these unwanted interruptions. For a change, I pressed 5 because I wanted to find out how I got ON their database in the first place.
