this number belongs to a trading company -(BSDOption), and one that you should avoid at all costs. everything seemed fine until I decided they weren't living up to their end of the bargain and tried to withdraw some of my money. wasn't allowed to do that and wasn't allowed to close the account either because one of their employee added a bonus to my account without my permission. now my money just sits there and I'm not allowed to speak to anyone to try and sort things out.
