Phoned us twice this week, left no message, bit of silence then hangs up. Tried calling back to get BT message saying this number does not exist !?!
Called me as if they were from littlewoods and made an offer to take away the minimum payment option on my account. Didn t ask me for any details and seemed legit although this offer was never amended on my account. They now call me at least 8 times a day, when I answer I just hear people in the background.

They laugh and say i will just keep calling you. Awful. The same person keeps calling me from different numbers and taunting me.
