What you have to do is contact [email protected] and follow any instructions and ask for refund from the company harassing you with premium texts which charge £4.50 a text. I would also advise you to put a BAR on all premium texts sending /receiving. through my vodafone and Bars and Data alerts in the Manages service section of your account. I imagine O2 and varous other mobile companies have the same section regarding stopping unwanted premium texts.

Apparently they do this a lot. o2 told me to text stop to 81618 and they have refunded me the payments.. I don’t know where they had my details from to able to text me in the first week place. Absolute scam.

£3.75 for a charity donation??? This company randomly sends texts that you get charged for. This is linked to Facebook. careful of ads on fb. they can come out of anywhere and they have you phone number therefor because you have clicked unknowingly on the ad you will get charged for the text/texts they send you! text STOP back and that should stop further messages. I've spoken to my network provider and there is nothing they can do apart from telling me to block the number!

I have been charged twice in two months from this company who I have never heard off till I contacted Vodafone live chat regarding this obviously highly dangerous scammers who apparently deal in vouchers according to the live chat rep I spoke to. Consequently to my conversation with Vodafone live chat they have put a bar on my mobile to stop this and removed the charges.. so I was lucky in that respect.

SCAM Automated call pretended to be Ofcom and that my io address has been connected with links and internet was to be switched off within 24 hours, and asking me to press 1 to connect with the scammer. Hung up and contacted Ofcom directly and clarified it was indeed a scam. Horrible bastards I hope no one gets caught out HANG UP IMMEDIATLY.

Call centre - Answered this call from a "London based" number. Asian accented male voice, company name unrecognisable trying to sell monthly mobile phone deal. Suspect this is a Calcutta based operative going through a hub to look like a UK caller. Almost impossible to understand the badly fractured spoken English. Stated they are calling to carry out a survey. Stated they got my number from one of their partner companies . Gave a list that included o2 amongst about 7 others. Basically fishing for info/interest to see if they can pass your details on to other companies - virgin, british gas, sky etc.
