There should be no reason why a member of staff would have hung up as we only respond to people who ask us to call them or who we already work with, so I can only assume this was a mistake. They called me on Wednesday and Friday. I phoned back today. He said he is try ing to sell me PPI. I told him not to phone me again or I would not be happy and his exact words were "F*** off you F***ing Pu**y", then he hung up.

They are not back on track loans, proper loan company s do not use mobile numbers, this is scam and needs reporting to action fraud, as what he/she is doing is a criminal offence and if it is reported on the national TPS if they call again they are breaking the law, i am so fed up of these types of callers i do not know where they get these numbers of ours but i intend to find out somehow

Claimed to be from my Life Insurance Company Review Department asked for details then said he d pass me onto a different person for a quote. Asked him to verify my Policy number which he couldn t so I hung up.

Cold caller trying to get us to change landline/broadband. Insisted on speaking to Director. Would not say who he was until pressed several times. Would not say what he was calling about until pressed. When I started to tell him the proper procedure, he hung up in mid-sentence.
