Claimed they from smart insurance & company changed from original. They knew lots of info about insurance. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.

Just got a call from this company. The guy won t answer my questions and just kept asking me question and saying they received a loan application from me. When I asked for the company name he won t answer.
BEAWARE! This is a genuine automated call from the Lloyds Banking group asking you to enter a four digit code to authorise online banking. eg. when setting up your mobile app or a new online payment. HOWEVER the scammers are very devious these days and can call you from genuine phone numbers. I know this because this has happened to me. Luckily I was suspicious and was not scammed. Cannot go into details as my comment would be too long!

SCAM purports to be from Sky Media but the call is about my "Internet Connection which appears fine but isn't as multiple people are trying to access it right now" what utter BS! He was told as much as well, maybe if these conmen weren't struggling to read their scripts and calling supposed customers 'dude' and 'mate' it would be slightly more believable, utter scumbags... I hope they get traced and fined!
