Hoax call from an AMS about my alleged accident I was never in! Blackwood area but not accent!

Claims that I had a car accident recently. Told them to go away! And put phone down .foreign accent.
Continual calls on a daily basis
I received a call from this number and it went straight to my voice mail and the recording was an argument between a couple in a foreign seeming African language
I have never sort to buy property abroad, so I can only presume this is some sort of scam.

After looking into this number appears to be a scam leaving a short message every time to call them back. This is not the real number, therefore dodgy
This number called and an automated voice asked me to confirm if my name was Nicolson (it isn t) when I clicked option 2 to speak to someone to update their records I got another repeating automated voice telling me the lines were busy and that they were calling on behalf of a company called Dorkies in Hardengreen. Hardengreen is about 10 miles from me. I did a Google search while listening to this automated message and couldn t find any company with that name or similar and hung up assuming it s a scam.

Two or three calls a week recently from this number. If I pick up, there s a few seconds silence, then a click and the call ends. Never had a human on that number yet. If I call back (anonymously), a poor quality american(?) voice message says only "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and you will be transferred to the next available agent." I will be logging a complaint about this number via Ofcon and ICO websites. You should do that too whenever you get calls like this.
