Offered "free" all-in-one monitor for smoke, burglary and health alarm. Told me how dangerous life is. Hard to get a word in. Working to a script? When I asked about any annual charge, she said "I don t know about that". They have website with no mention of charges in FAQ. Probably relies on pressurised home visits.

SCAM - say they are from EDF and that the meter serial number does not correspond with the billing invoice. Not been with EDF for 2 years but they still wanted information.- I politely put the phone down.
