Totalglaze phone me three times a day and have done for 2 weeks. They usually try from a withheld number but have just now started to phone from the above number. I don't know what sort of company they are, but any company that needs to aggressively chase down leads in such an antisocial manner will never get my money. SCAM I was called from this number and told they were B.T engineers, and after keeping the Asian person on the line through broken English I was transferred to a total of 4 different people, all sounding of Asian orientation India I think. Finally, I was asked to go to the google play store and download ANYDESK and install it.I got a bit fed up with the call then and told them it's a scam and I wasn't even on the internet and hung up. but Anydesk would have allowed the people to (take over ) my device.

John Wilkens claiming to be from BT and wanting to tell me that my internet connection has been observed to be downloading malicious software without my knowledge.... gave his BT id number as BT 00698 J. Strong Indian accent and very noisy background. Dialed back but call failed.

I when along with the charade of the call and got through to a 'supervisor' who spoke to me by name. That was when I unleashed my tirade of abuse - f and c words. It always does the trick - they soon go away. Its very cathartic - I recommend it.

Third phone call this morning and its only 0915. Male called James Martin pertaining to be from Talk Talk Technical Department and that they were my service provider and that I had a problem.... he started arguing with me that he was my service provider and claims he obtained my contact number from his records as I had faulted my internet.... scam scam scam and an abusive idiot. He also claims to be based in London.... despite being registered with TPS they call.
