Received an email saying package had been delivered and signed for by me when I wasn t in. Have tried to call, no answer. Call was silent, once I spoke they hung up.

They collect on all gov debt. Pretty rude company and very unorganised however they are legitimate. If you deal with them make sure you keep records of the conversations as they may lose information and forget conversations had, even if they call you a hour after you have called them
