Telemarketing!

They are a central heating company. They will only call you if you have given them or a third party your telephone number.

This number has called me a number of times don't speak just silence for approx 2 minutes.

They ve bought an out of date list of names and numbers and are calling purporting to be a legal team. They asked by name for someone who used to use this number > 10 years ago.

Rang to say I d won a holiday to Florida but would have to pay for Flights. Asked if I was age 30-60 & an him owner. She then said she was transferring me to someone else to hand over personal details. I laughed at her & put the phone down. She rang back immediately after to which I ignored the call. Silent call

Chinese lady called me, spoke very quickly. Not sure she mentioned the company name or hers. Said would mail me tomorrow with details of a teaching job as she had seen my CV on a job website. Which one I would like to know as I specifically did not want my details passed to anyone but the job website and legit companies offering jobs that are relevant!

A recorded message apparently from HMRC has a case against my name.... so I hung-up.

Odd, number appeared on phone but didn t ring. Must have been intercepted by call blocker on BT phone.

Their services are very good. Their Electricity and gas prices are very good. If you want a good rate contract you should contact them. They have many options and companies.
