Call from a telephone company trying to sell cheaper line rental and phone calls. They were clearly just call centre staff as they didn t know my company name, they just asked to speak to the "head of the business".

initially asks to reply "SNAP" to a claim that you can claim a free media player. THEN you are asked for your name and address (which they could get from phone provider. IF you have not entered a comp you cannot get a prize.. it must be a scam.

TAXES / HMRC Synthesised recorded message allegedly from HMRC stating there is a fraud case under my name and to press '1' to speak to the officer concerned. Apparently failure to do so will result in my arrest 'very shortly'. Number blocked.
