Calls from this number are from Fresh Contacts, a "legal marketing" company that is fishing for accident data so they can offer you compensation claims at a whopping 25% charge. Don't answer the calls; if you do insist they take your number off their mailing lists.
This phone number had an area code that was local to us but they were not based in the area. I assume they use fake area codes so it looks like a local call, thus making you pick up and listen to a salesman talk rubbish.

Called my wife about 30 mins ago, claimed to be from Apex Choice Services, we have never heard of them and to our knowledge they should not be contacting us so my wife just hung up on them. They didn't ring back so assume it was either telemarketing or a scam.
