SCAM / SPAM Automatic voice recording call, Told me I was getting arrested for tax fraud.. Quite intimidating

Left a message on my answer phone which was difficult to understand but appeared to be about an address for parcel delivery. They never said who they were or asked if I was the person they were trying to contact and further investigation showed that calls to this number cost 16p a minute from a landline plus a setup fee of 23p.

amazon calling to tell me i ordered a £399 i phone if not press 1 think its a scam.
Ringing my PAYG mobile number which is not registered with PayPal and is unknown to anyone other than family. They ring it and pester me. These scum bags are not PayPal. Just scammers trying their luck on random phone numbers. Block and ignore.
