SPAM Annoying caller for utilities. Rude as hell. Told him exactly where he could shove his rude attitude and he actually called me back to complain he didn't like the way I spoke with him so once again told him exactly where he could shove his attitude.

VERY RUDE WOMAN WHO DOES NOT LISTEN WHEN I ASK TO BE REMOVED FROM CALLING LIST. Claims another member of staff has asked her to call back and lies incessantly when I tell her they have not. Very aggressive and ought to be shown the Data Protection Act.
Cold call from shady unregulated forex company called "Financial Resident". The caller (who pretended to have a western name despite their obvious Indian accent) knew my name and rang inquiring about my account. Since I didn't have an account (obviously) he went into a spiele about do I know anything about trading etc. At that point I just hung up since it was clear the way things were going.
Scam call pretending to be Virgin Media (broadband internet). Standard scam pattern. Voices/accents from Indian subcontinent but claiming western names ("Daniel", "Robert", etc). Presumably using in-country telephone redirection service so as to appear with 0161 prefix. Claimed "We are getting errors from your internet connection." Wanted me to download Anydesk software so they could take remote control of my computer.
