Scam- Text message claiming to be from the Post Office asking for £2.99 before the deliver of a parcel to your home address.
Called twice so far today stating that my telephone internet account had been hacked and I should press button 1 for further information. Put the phone down.
Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
