This number keeps ringing us ref our drainage ? We live in a council house and if anything should go wrong we ring the council . They say we have a policy with them when we don't . And it doesn't matter how many times I tell them this they still keep ringing . At one point I picked up the phone and didn't say anything and someone was laughing on the other end of the phone . I am finding it very annoying ! ????

Traced this number to the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh. A generic number for anyone calling through their switchboard. Calls are probably regarding appointments.
