I am not even with Worldpay but it appears it is Ingenico who actually supply my terminal. I have just had a £17 charge. I also have at least £1 every month. I think that it is shocking that they use such an expensive way. I am happy to connect to the internet for an update periodically but it’s so unreliable where I am that I need the phone line connection. If they are charging me they should at least send an invoice/receipt. Then I wouldn’t have wasted an entire day trying to sort it out!!

Having spoken to my provider after having 5 calls go out from my card machine totalling £19.51 on one day this is a software update which occurs every 18months-2yrs. You can avoid this and all the other weekly/monthly small charges but connecting to your router instead of your phone line. It took me a few minutes to do with the help of my provider and apparently the machine will now use the internet so no more charges!

I ve had two of these. Plenty of complaints all over the Internet about these scam artists. Best place to put this number is into a call blocker. I ve just done so.
Scam. They told me - they are from HMRC. They will give me refund but need my debit card details. Not bank account number but my secret details! They want receive money from your account!

This company keeps ringing for a debt that is statute barred and is now over 8 yrs old.
