Cold caller claiming to be from Whistl. Funny how their phone number never matches the company when you search on the internet.

Had 4 recorded messages left from this number in the last week alone and now I m getting the same types of calls to my mobile. I ve just reported them to Ofcom at http://consumers.ofcom.org.uk/2012/10/tackling-nuisance-calls-and-messages/ Hopefully if enough people do it they will be stopped.

I WAS ASKED FOR A FEE FOR COLLECTING MONEY INVESTED IN A FRAUD COMPANY, PROMISING THE MONEY WOULD THEN GO INTO MY BANK. IT DIDN T, WHEN I QUERIED, HE ASKED ME FOR ANOTHER SUM OF MONEY.
At 2:30 today they telephoned my house and Panicked my mom who is 75 years old by saying the lady on the phone from advantage needed to speak to me urgent and she was calling from the Hospital. I rang the number straight back 01782 401123 and found out it was this debt collector I explained what had happened and asked to speak to a manager so I could make a complaint and was told there is no way you can speak to a manager unless you leave your number and they will call you back within 7 days. Another unwanted, phone call. Woke me up at 08.09 in the morning, went to answerphone and then dropped out. second 01691 call to start doing this.
Insurance salespeople. Annoying - as are all unsolicited calls.
