HOWEVER, despite them offering me free insulation and me telling them that if they checked their records, that they would know that we already done by them, they continue to phone and offer roof and cavity insulation, and sometimes they don t reply!!

Silent call hung up as I answered

Several calls from this number recently, two so far today. First was a computer logging pickups, then within a few minutes was called again from a call centre (noise in background). Scumbags trying to make money out of the unsuspecting. Blow a whistle down the phone at them and see if they can help themselves.
