SCAM / SPAM Claims to be the account service manager from Amazon. They ask you to open your event register on your laptop or PC (Windows only). From there, they try and install 3rd party software to steal your information. I said why don't I cancel in the Amazon app? She said you can't. Becareful, these guys are Global Business Solutions who claim to offer an alternative financial solution. They have a database full of vulnerable people. Rule of thumb, don t trust someone who cold calls you.
I think I may have the answer to these nuisance calls. I had over twelve calls in one day, answered them all and said NOTHING..... Don t speak in any way stay silent THEY HAVE STOPPED . TRY IT , they will get fed up.
