Lauren from nuisance call prevention company ltd conned my 87 year old mother out of 84.99 to stop nuisance calls. Unfortunately mum paid with her debit card. They promised a refund but nothing forthcoming. We are now going to refer the matter to the police, trading standards, Ofcom, the Information Commissioner and BBC watchdog. These people are despicable.
