Fraud - automated message masquerading as HMRC. "There is an open fraud case against your name. Press 1 to connect to the officer. If you don't, you will be arrested." Yeah, as if.
Propably a scam, was telling he is calling from Crypto.com but english was really bad and I just don't believe they would call me from Crypto.com just to tell they have some new features? I said it was hard to understand him and he hang up...

Called themselves "ECC Insurance" (or something to that description), something about a refund. Typical cold caller rubbish.
SCAM Pretending to be from DWP threatening you with tax fraud & arrest, you may also get a call from someone impersonating the police.
