Fraud Scam caller with Asian accent purporting to be from BT saying there was a problem with the internet!! Told him to get a proper job and he hung up!!

Called saying there were from PC World and wanted to know my current mobile phone. Scam call
Spam/scam. Some woman with an Asian accent talking about some academy. Seems same outfit that sends spam emails about business courses overseas. Found after I called that it may be a premium rate number.
Persistently calling all hours of the day inc Sunday morning evenings etc. I never answer. It could be a debt collector related to council tax, but can’t be certain
